Queen made a huge announcement today and the new lead singer of the band is none other than Adam Lambert has been given the slot.
He’s paid his dues … time after time … and now Adam Lambert says he’s been chosen to replace Freddie Mercury as the new lead singer of the legendary rock band Queen!!!!
Lambert KILLED IT with the band when he rocked out a rendition of “We Are The Champions” with the guys at the “American Idol” finale back in 2009 … the first time he ever met the band.
30-year-old Lambert explained, “The intention is to pay tribute to Freddie and the band by singing some f*cking great songs. It’s to keep the music alive for the fans and give it an energy that Freddie would have been proud of.

Simon Offers Beyonce $100 Million To Judge
Simon Cowell apparently wants Beyonce on the judges panel for season 2 of The X Factor as he has reportedly offered her $100 millions bucks to sign on as a judge for 5 seasons.
Simon Cowell is said to have offered Beyonce an incredible $100m per year if she signs up as a judge for five seasons of X Factor USA. The music mogul is apparently keen to snag the world famous superstar in his bid to revive the talent show when it returns later this year.
If Beyonce accepts, it would make her one of the highest paid entertainers in the industry and the $500m deal far exceeds the fee of previous judges.
MediaTakeOut.com claims to have spoken to a very reliable insider, citing it as the same person that revealed Jennifer Lopez was joining American Idol last year.
