So much in the music industry of young budding stars depends on their material and music arrangement. Unfortunately I don’t think Kris’s CD seemed to have the quality of thought by management required to make a big splash in the pool so to speak. Sure it’s getting great promoting because their hoping it makes big bucks. But there is such a rush for the money that they lost focus on the “artistry” of the music.
Of course this is not Kris’s fault. I hope their are better songs on the CD then this but I will buy it regardless. Hoping that he has more creative control over the next one which should be far superior. Because I know he can create much better music then this from watching him on the show. The song is alright. But I know he is capable of far better.

I think he sounds a little like chris doughtry and a little like david cook. That’s a good combination.

Yawn – disappointing. Very generic. I think he is a much better performer than this shows.
