I want her to be like the “sorta” Daughtry of this season….. I mean we don’t know what other surprises there are to come later in this season, but at least they will come later. And as I previously stated, this is exactly what is wrong with theme nights. If Alexis had been allowed to sing this type of song in competition, she would be a front runner right now and music execs would be standing in line to sign her to a deal.
With that said, she could have done this very thing with “Crazy” by Patsy Cline, instead of taking on “Jolene” by Dollie Parton.

I certainly agree woth you my friend. Crazy would have been perfect. She could have blown the roof off that place and knocked Simon out of his socks. Randy would have called her a Dawg and Pauler would have been having a hoedown on the table.
