During the week we had a post that asked you what your Favorite Idol Song was. I also asked you in another post what your Favorite Idol Performance was. Now while we go into the weekend I will ask you who you think the biggest Idol train wreck was? You can pick a specific moment when someone just blew it or a contestant in general but your choice must be someone who made Top 24 in any season. Leave your thoughts in a comment and have a wonderful weekend.
Slim’s Biggest Train Wreck Pick : Sanjaya and Scott Savol

Scott Savol/Ramiele Malubay/Sanjaya Malakar/Lisa Tucker *Because Of You*
KLC destroying 8 days a week and anything by Fantasia!!!!!
Easily and without a doubt Jason Castro and Sanjaya Malakar. They are both terrible singers who long outstayed their welcome on the show. Everything the did was mediocre to terrible, the standouts being Memory (Jason Castro)-wanted to kill him for butchering such a beautiful song, and Let’s Give Them Something to Talk About (Sanjaya Malakar)-I couldn’t even watch it.
True about them both outstaying. and darnit i almost picked that sepcific performance when Sanjaya was actually voted off lol
EVERYTHING by Sanjaya ! :w00t:
Leaving Hung out of it…In season 3 some girl (Forget her name) Killed, stomped, destroyed Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
Followed closely by Haley Scaremeachoo’s Turn The Beat Around and last season’s dynamic duo of Suspicious Minds (he had that right) by Colton Berry and Amy Davis’ Where the Boys Aren’t

Seeing Sanjaya perform week after week after week while the better contestants get voted off.
Kelly Pickler “reaching” for that high note in Unchained Melody.
Yeah, KLC’s 8 days a week.

OMG, I was just looking at some of his performances on Youtube. I liked his singing, but whenever he mugged for the camera it kind of bothered me!
I forgot about him,,,but you are so right Joyce

Sorry, Slim, et al.
ok the performance wasn’t very good but I do have to say I like the studio version of that song from her
I think I’m one of the only 2 people who actually liked that. I just like how she played with the beat. It’s like Eric Clapton’s 2 versions of Layla. I wasn’t a fan of KLC, but I did like her version of that song. Actually, I was a fan when she first auditioned. In fact I proclaimed her as my pick for winner of the season, but once the show started – not so much.

Constantine Maroulis starring at me.
William Hung!!!
There was no excuse for that fifteen minutes of fame.
I know somebody else will remember the song exactly, but when Sanjaya sang that bath song…. I can see him strutting across the stage singing it and looking all goofy, and I just can’t remember the actual song. (probably because I was so busy trying to stop giggling, Idk).
That was called “BathWater”. He picked the craziest songs to do..they sort of fit his hair…
But he does have a sweet smile :silly:
It has to be “SanJaya” singing “Steppin out with my Baby”!
Yes Sir,,,,that was a train wreck!
The Bush Baby audition  or worst yet “Let my People Go” or the worst of all time Sanjaya
Bucky’s girl hair. Does anyone remember that? I know, that wasn’t a performance, but that hair!
Whoa-ned was Chris Richardson, I believe. lol
I KNOW lots of people liked it, but KLC’s 8 Days a Week. That one sticks out in my mind big time.
Taylor singing “Take Me Home Country Roads.”
When that one guy sang, “Copa Cabana.’
Sanjaya. Period.
Sanjaya

Oh you had to say “I Shot the Sheriff” – I cannot get that deputy out of my mind. Remember that audition (that’s a stretch calling it an audition) where he sang the SAME line over and over and over and over…. sigh. You didn’t like my Jason?? :cwy:
Who was it that did the “Wanted Dead or Alive” (that’s whoa-ned)? I know Joyce or Angie will know that one right away. That one gave me the giggles too.
Oh boy
Jason Castro, as a contestant, but in particular his performance of “I Shot The Sherriff”
& Sanjaya in general…
This is fun, Slim. You should keep on doing more things like this. Nice to read everyone’s opinions…
Hummm let me see, to me it has got to be the most annoying AI contestant ever. Without a doubt hands down Danny Noriega.
