The official Cast List for the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars has been posted. Sadly Kellie Pickler’s name didn’t make the list.

So who will be watching? I won’t be watching but I will update all of the results on the blog. If anyone is interested in blogging it here, let me know so I can set you up.

I think what Kevin meant is that they start off with an even number of men and women who are each dancing with a professional partner. Like 6 men, 6 women, each with a pro, making a total of 12 couples. Not to put words in Kevin’s mouth…

I remember watching Misty and Kerri long before 2004. They had just started as a team and Misty was showing Kerri the ropes. They finished out of the medals in a tournament. The next year they turned pro and started kicking some serious butt. The rest is beach volleyball and Olympic history.
Oh, the girl can dance, too!
I think I’ve spotted which old hams have been thrown in as comedy relief. People like Susan Lucci, Cloris Leachman and Warren Stapp. Brooke Burke has always been eye candy wherever she went but she has professional cheerleading experience. Expect serious dancing from her. Ted McGinley can cut a rug, too.

Misty started dancing when she won the gold on court. I think she will add to the program. Some of the others are bad choices, like CL. :devil: I too was hoping Kellie would be dancing. She would definately be a plus. :lol:
Generally, this show drives me up a wall. I can’t stand the judges or the hosts or the singing! My lord, the singing! It is just god-awful. But, I like to watch the dancing, so if nothing else is on, I will watch with the sound turned way down.
Anyway, I bet Lance Bass will kick some a**. I hope Kim Kardashian is kicked off on the first week. I don’t have the first clue who Maurice Green, Cody Linley, or Jeff Ross are.
Should be interesting, as usual.

I don’t know. If I had seen this list before the Olympics Misty would have been right in the middle in terms of known. Certainly ahead of Cody Linley, Jeff Roth, Maurice Greene and Mark McGrath.
