I did this for So You Think You Can Dance and now I am doing it for American Idol and looking for others to play as well.
Click Here and sign up for the Fafarazzi American Idol Fantasy Game and join the idolbloglive group. If you played for SYTYCD then you are already signed up, you just need to sign in, join the group and pick your team. Of course at this point you can’t really pick anyone since there is no Official Top 36 but you can see how the system works.
The Game will begin with the Top 36 and each week you get to pick 3 contestants for your team. You can change contestants each week. Your team will earn you points based on how they perform, judges comments and other criteria.

My bad. I was up all night with the baby and was so tired this morning when I was reading comments. I feel bad. As for what you are wondering. I would have to guess she ended up not going to Hollywood for some reason. Not sure though

18/18 split for Top 36. It appears the Top 12 may not be a 50/50 split as this is how I understand the Semi Rounds will happen
Round 1 (12 of 36 singers) Top Male and Top Female move on along with the next Top vote getter
Round 2 (12 of 36 singers) Top Male and Top Female move on along with the next Top vote getter
Round 3 (12 of 36 singers) Top Male and Top Female move on along with the next Top vote getter
This will give us 9 of the Top 12 which as you can see could end up not being a 50/50 split.
The final 3 in the Top 12 will come from the wildcard show which again could lead to a non 50/50 split.
Hopefully Alan will stop by and tell me if I am right. At least that is what I gather from an email that he sent to me.

No, I don’t watch SYTYCD. I used to just come on and pretend to give out spoilers to Angie and Joyce, making up people and dances. I am sooo obnoxious. So this looks like alot of fun. I’m in. I’ll go get signed up now.

Everything is done for us. all we have to do is login and pick our team each week before the performances. Scoring will happen after elimination night and posted to their site.
You didn’t do this with us for SYTYCD? It was fun, a lot of fun.
Looks like fun. Being able to change your group of 3 is cool. Does someone do the scoring, or are you responsible for paying attention and doing it yourself (cheat alert, haha).
