Trying something new since it seems there are a lot of things I would like to cover daily but just don’t have the time to write a post on them. Commenting Etiquette

Note : Bumping This Post As a Reminder

I would like to remind everyone that is visiting my American Idol Blog that this is nothing more than a fun place to hangout and discuss the show and contestants. With that said I have been reading over some of the comments made in the past couple of days and have noticed that things are starting to get out of control. I would really appreciate if it would stop now. I don’t want to have to be forced to have comments go into moderation before posting to the blog but will do if needed.

I appreciate all the comments everyone is leaving this season but please I beg of you all to think about what you are posting before hitting the submit button. 99% of us are adults and we need to act like adults.

If you haven’t taken a second to read the “Comment Guidelines” of the blog, I have posted some below. Please read and respect them. I hate to babysit.

* Links are permitted as long as they are on topic
* Off topic links and comments will be deleted
* We all have our opinion and we need to respect others and their thoughts

* If someone says something about a contestant that you don’t like, don’t take it as a personal attack. We all have our opinions

I have already banned 10 people this season and really don’t want to ban anyone else. Lets all play nice and enjoy the show, the blog and each other.

Predictions – Top 12

Having finally made it to the Top 12 the competition enters a new stage. Now instead of getting rid of four people each week all we have to do is send one home. Plus the guys and girls get the chance to sign together which in my opinion makes the competition a lot fairer.

Now is your chance to get your Pre – Performance predictions in for this week. Simply take a second and leave a comment with who you think will be in the bottom 3 and who you think will be going home before seeing the performances. Since only one will be going home it makes things a bit harder so get those thinking caps on and leave your best guess.

Song Selections – Top 12

We have finally made it to the Top 12 and Tuesday we have probably one of the most exciting themes ever on American Idol. Finally in the 7th season American Idol has been given the rights to have Beatles songs performed on the show. So you guessed it. The theme for the Top 12 is songs of the Beatles.

So what would you like to hear your favorite Idol sing on Tuesday? Simply take a second and leave a comment with your thoughts. If you need some help remembering all those tunes from the Beatles click here. There are 336 songs to pick from so get those thinking caps on.

Like the songs of the 60′s, this could prove hard for some contestants but it will still be fun to hear the tunes of one of the greatest bands of all-time. So what are you waiting for? Leave your song selections now.

Danny Offered a Job

Danny Noriega who was booted off from American Idol last week has been offered a job by Rosie O’Donnell on her upcoming gay cruise. Wonder if he will take her up on the offer.
