Paula Abdul will return to American Idol to fill Ellen’s slot after she (Ellen) quit via twitter after last nights results show stating that the voting procedure was in fact rigged and she wouldn’t be a part of it.

The funny thing is, Idol itself helped set this joke up for you, Slim. With Didi going home instead of Tim, a story claiming Ellen quits because the show is fixed actually makes sense.
