It is smart to brand yourself with an easily recognizable look, ie the red shoes. But those looked really tacky with the shorts!! I would hope that she doesn't end up as the new Minnie Pearl.

I am still not a Kellie fan but she does sound better on the stuff she has had time to work on. There is a lot of good in serious rehearsal.
Looks like those red shoes are going to be her trademark. Smart move, branding yourself this early in your career.
And yes Slim, I would think she would be previewing her new stuff as well.
Very smart of Kellie, I agree
What I don't get is that Kellie has a new album dropping soon but she is still performing songs from the old album. I would think she would want to get some publicity for the new one by singing something from that.
Maybe her new album is a mix between her old songs and a few new?
Whatever it is, it is strange that she's only singing old songs. Maybe she likes the older ones better. She won't go far if that's the case.
In my opinion, Kristy Lee Cook is a much better singer than Kellie. I hope she goes far too.
