Here we go Survivor fans, the moment we have been waiting for. This should be a great season. This is a special 2 hour episode. Results at end of the show. The eighteen people were split into two tribes:
Kota: Bob, Ace, Sugar, Marcus, Charlie, Paloma, Kelly, Jacque, Corinne. The Fang tribe is Gillian, Crystal, Susie, Matty, Randy, Dan, GC, Ken, and Michelle.
Castaways race to top of hill. First person to get to top for each tribe retrieves immunity idol necklace.
Kota: Marcus Fang: GC These two will have immunity at first tribal council.
Winner of First Challenge: (Winner gets extra rice and beans)

Majority of tribe wanted Michelle gone. Seems to me it was good idea, although it seems like Randy is dead set on getting Gillian gone. We shall see how the rest of this plays out.

Question of the night: Why do these people wear suits and ties for Survivor? They are not staying at the Hilton.

I think Rqandy is on the end of the stick next. I don’t see Fang winning any challenges in the immediate future and he has become vulnerable. Suzi is the other good possibility unless GC irritates and annoys everyone else in the tribe.
I predict that the next exile will be as hapless at finding the hidden idol as Danny was. It will take three or four more exiles to put it all together. I laughed at Danny not baing able to find the second clue. :lol:[/quote]
I agree with you. Susie should be next to go, but GC is doing a good job of irritating people. I don’t care for him that much and it wouldn’t break my heart if he went home. I do like the Crystal from Fang and Marcus and Charlie from Kota. It should be good.

I loved the first episode. Not happy with the fact that Gillian went home. Only reason being that I am in a Survivor pool with my sister and her friends. They did a random drawing and I got stuck with Charlie and Gillian. At least Charlie is still in it. I don’t like Randy and GC. We shall see how this season plays out.
One other question, did Dan not know what a crater was? Hello!!

I personally would have kept Michelle and dumped GC because of his crappy attitude. I don’t like Randy either. When it comes down to it, everybody I do like is in the Kota tribe! Especially Bob. He’s a real doer of tasks and never fails to step up. I hope he keeps playing the way he has started out.
Oh, yeah. We both voted for Bob for player of the week. :smile:
GC (who is from where I live, btw, and has been all over the local news today, yawn) made a deadly mistake by offering to be the tribe’s leader. That has always been a death sentence in the past. Gillian did it too. You cannot take a leadership roll right from the beginning, people. It’ll get your ass voted out. Listen to Joyce!
Gillian sweetie, give it a rest. Your team LOST. Wow. When even Jeff tells her to shut up it must be pretty annoying.

I actually know the answer to that one. I was on jokers.com once when they had a chat with one of the Survivors (can’t for the life of me remember who) and someone asked him that same question. He said they trick them by telling them to dress up for a group photo for the website, commercials, whatever, then they take them away on the boat and the game starts.
