Actually Time will drag on…Tim will leave tonight.

  2. DrillerAA says:

Well, as long as we’re all contributing our two cents worth, here goes.

Time will leave us tonight. That Ragae rendition of “Under My Thumb” just didn’t work.

Paige will leave next week and Andrew will follow, if he doesn’t pull his act out of the ditch. They both chose the wrong songs last night. “Honky Tonk Women” was NEVER meant to be sung by a female vocalist. Andrew is NOT the front man for a rock band and “Gimme Shelter” is a border line rock anthem.

Katie will finish somewhere between ninth and fifth. If Aaron, Lacey, or Kelley don’t develop a fan base quickly, Katie will continually finish above all of them. If Siobhan continues to insist on trying to make my ears bleed and shatter glass with a glory note only dogs can hear, she may find the exit early. A similar thing could be said of Big Mike. I like him, but I don’t need to hear his complete range each week.

As of right now, I can see a Crystal Bowersox vs Casey James finale. They both know who they are. They both are good musicians, as well a excellent vocalists, and I believe they can both take any genre of song and make it work for them.

    Okay, I’m through.

    @ rachel:

  4. rachel says:

I’m going to go with Lacey Brown.
    Not literally, of course.

  5. Dean says:

But Paige was horrible last week, yet survived–so she must have a fan base. I think it’s definitely Lacey, Tim, or Andrew. Of those 3 I’d eliminate Andrew. His voice is weak and he not pleasing to look at either.

SCANDAL INVOLVING TIM URBAN ABOUT TO HIT THE NEWS!!!!

    @ ABB:
Girls seemed to like it, guys – not so much.

  8. Joyce says:

It’s funny how Paige has suddenly fallen off the radar. (Except for Dave) She didn’t do too bad this week. Maybe she’ll stay a few more weeks.

  9. ABB says:

I can’t decide between Andrew or Paige going home tonight. I’m sure I’m in the minority, but I liked Tim Urban’s version last night. He reminded me very much of The Turtles (“So Happy Together”).

  10. Leila says:

I’m not even going to guess because the eliminations so far have been so unfair, anything can happen.

  11. Dr. Electro says:

Once again, I am in agreement with Alan. I think it’s curtains for Andrew. I liked his first audition and he killed in Hollywood week. Since then, nothing worth listening to from him.

    Say goodnight, Andrew.

  12. starshine0810 says:

I am surprised to see how, once on the bigger stage, what I thought were ‘not so good’ singers this year, have come to life…I am encouraged for the season now…I was thinking before that Crystal and Mike would be in the final..now, not so sure,,if it stays about how it was this show,,I see crystal and Siobhan in the finals..It could be between two girls!!!! I think Tim will go tonight.
    Bye Tim U…

  13. Easy Rider says:

I hope vftw is unable to save Tim. A likable and talented guy. But clearly the worst of the night. And He should have went last week before Lily.

I am still waiting for 3 of the experts to weigh in. once their picks go public I will post them
